Question Change font dropshadow in mod?

Hello! I'm a novice modder, and I'm currently creating a content pack that tints Stardew Valley into a lavender purple color. And it actually works and looks pretty good for my first mod/content pack!

My question is: is there a way to change the drop shadow of the text from that orange to a different color?? That is about the last thing that's been bugging me about this pack, everything else looks awesome except for that stupid drop shadow with the font.

Any advice and help would be very appreciated!!

I know there is a mod that helps remove this shadow. The actual mod is more than a CP mod though, so I'm sure there is some underlying game code sheniganans that have to do with it. I haven't found anything as simple as CP sprite replacing.
