Caviar is only selling for 125g. Anyone know why?

I started a new farm using the beach template and decided to start a fish farming empire. However, when I finally made caviar it was only selling for 125g. I also tried with aged tuna roe and it only sold for 40g. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I must've without realizing. I just confirmed with the price of some of my other items and they all seem to be selling much cheaper than what they are supposed to on the wiki. I only noticed because on the catalogue it claimed 500. guess I'll be playing on hard mode then ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
