Creator Response Catch Legendary Fish

For the "Catch a Legendary Fish" goal would the event card "Mutant Carp" where the card acts as a legendary fish fulfill this requirement if it was drawn? Additionally, there is an item that you can discard to put the fish track in your inventory. If a legendary fish is drawn, does this count? Lastly, if you use a villagers gift ability to draw a fish and you get a legendary fish out of the bag, does that count as well?

Yes to all three questions. That Grandpa Goal should be understood as, "Acquire Legendary Fish..." so any way you get them (including the Mutant Carp event) counts towards this goal.
