Heyyy! Has anyone ever expanded their home to have more cats??? I saw a post on Facebook and was curious if anyone else has done this. There were some comments saying that their cats disappeared off their farm. Is that a glitch or do the monsters that spawn on your farm get them???

The only cats I see are stray ones who are trying to attack me.

I do get more pets, including cats but my house is always fully upgraded by that time
I wonder who gets the expensive catalogues before the first upgrade. But maybe some just dont like big houses

There's currently an issue with the console versions (PlayStation, Xbox, Switch) that can make pets disappear; it's not because of actual monsters.

I did this but instead of cats it was slimes. I just really love the slimes in sdv they’re really adorable.

You can put them basically anywhere. If you incubate slimes in town, they will talk o npc's eith little text bubbles over their heads

If you build the slime hutch you can take one from there, so no need to spend more iridium to craft extra
