Windows Can't switch back to keyboard after using PS controller

Hi, I play Stardew on Steam. My keyboard is functional and I can still use Esc in game, but most of the keypad settings including the numpad are disabled. Yesterday everything worked fine and I could use both simultaneously. I didn’t change any settings, but this somehow started happening today. I’ve tried unplugging both my keyboard and controller, using only the keyboard, and even reinstalling the game, but nothing worked.
