Android Can't sleep because of (invisible) cat

I've passed out twice because my cat (black, which I can't see for some reason) is in my bed sleeping, which stops me from entering. Is this a known bug? Should I update?
(I don't have her save file, and doubt I can get it.)

It happens when the cat is under the bed instead of on top of it. As always you can push through the cat, but it’s easier when you can access the bed from two sides.

It does, if you pass out in your house, you get the energy penalty but you don’t lose money

I did not know that when I pass out in my home I lose my money… I don’t know if this is a bug or what.
