My boyfriend and I started playing and currently he's the host. He's watched all the cut scenes and even donated into a bundle. Yet he keeps telling me he can't see that little community center tree icon that's in your inventory tab.
It's not there every time we played so it's not a "restart the game" issue. I'll double check with him next time we play and ask him to take a screenshot.
He's brand new to the game but even so, it takes up a lot of my days to do most of the community center by myself or to constantly look through every bundle whenever he asks me if we need something for it
