Solved Can't reel the specific fish from ginger island

I was playing with my friend on 1.5 and he can't fish the three fishes from ginger island, the game stutters when appears the "HIT" while fishing there. But, when it comes to normal fish on ginger island, everything seems normal, cuz i saw him fishing a tilapia.

Was this in local co-op or online multiplayer? Were either of you playing with mods?

Nevermind guys, he was using the mod "Easy Fishing" from Nexus. Thanks for the reply Odin
