Android Can't open and add items on bundle

Hi all. I cant seem to access the craft room bundle. I only completed one bundle and can no longer access it. This happened on both profile that I have. I'm using an android tablet. What do I do?

That’s usually an issue with the zoom settings. Try zooming in or out out if that didn’t help, switch to joystick controls.

I play mobile, normally when I try to open something, and I'm zoomed out, I have to zoom in to open it.
