I can't install SAMPI because the installer uses a .bat file which I cannot use. If somebody sends me the installed SAMPI files I can use those to mod.

Why can't you use it?
The files are there, follow the instructions on how to install it manually in the README.txt file, if you want to.

I'm on a school computer it wont let me run stuff like .bat files

Just download SMAPI and use the read me as I said. These are exactly the same files
