Can't get quest after Skull Cavern 100 level mission

I finish the Cryptic Note(100 level in Skull Cavern) in 8 summer of 3rd year. I checked on wiki and know that the next quest is from Emily in 6 Spring 2nd year. In 6 Spring 2nd year I didn't get quest from her. So I wait for new year come and hope that year doesn't matter in the quest's description on wiki. But in 6 Spring 4th year I haven't been given quest from Emily. I want to finish the story so please help me. Is anybody know how to fix this? Or can I edit the saves file to change the current year number? Thank you for your helps!!!

Just to clarify, the quests on that page do not require that you complete any prior quests unless specifically noted. The wiki just lists the secret note quests between fall year 1 and spring year 2 because winter year 1 is the earliest you can get them.

So the year does matter, but when you completed the cryptic note does not. You likely got that quest on spring 6 of year 2 as the wiki says.
