Windows Can't get multiple Prize Tickets on a single day

I have a "collect stone" request from Robin and a "Give me a refined quartz" from Gus. Whenever I complete one of them the other quest will not give me the prize ticket. I have tried completing one before the other, as well as spending the ticket before handing in the second request yet nothing is working.
