Can't get acrobatic combat option

I switched to the hammer instead of the sword, and pressed the combat dog statue. I try every night, but it just won't show up. Is it rare to get or something?

When you select the first skill, do you switch to scout?

It's either fighter and then you can choose between brute and defender, or you choose scout and then acrobat or desperado.
