Solved Can't donate to museum or move buildings on farm

Hello!
New to modding so bear with me.
I have the Stardew Valley Expanded mod installed, and a few others, and I'm having trouble donating items to the museum. When I go to select which item to donate, the cursor doesn't move correctly, it just stays in one place and wiggles back and forth when I move the mouse. The only way I've found to get around this is to open task manager and then the mouse will move freely, so I can select the item, but once I'm back in the Stardew Valley window, I have to just push random arrow keys until I find an empty spot in the museum and then push enter.
I don't have any buildings in my save file yet as I'm only on day 14 spring, but I tried to see if I could move my house and there was no way to navigate the screen at all. The cursor does the same thing it was doing when I tried to donate to the museum. This isn't necessarily an issue yet as I have no buildings, but I would like to move my house if it's possible to set up my layout for animals/silos/etc.

I've attached my computer specs, my latest SMAPI log, and a screenshot of my mods folder. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

also you need to update UI Info Suite because it's no longer compatible. New version is here https://github.com/Annosz/UIInfoSuite2/releases
