Can't Construct Farm Buildings

I have a modded game, whenever I try to visit Robin for farm buildings I can only build the chicken coop. I hope I don't have to delete my save file. I've tried updating the mods SMAPI says to update, I keep getting a message to update the mods.
Ive also tried a new save file but the same issue persisted
