I'm on Android version 14 and there was a bug where the spouse and mail appeared incorrectly and inaccessible after moving the house. It got fixed in the latest patch just minutes ago but now it has a bug where you can't access the mail with touch right after moving the house. You have to first use buttons control option to access it once and only then the touch to access works. It only happens with the mail box not the spouse.
