Switch Cannot Place Sprinklers or Plant Trees

I’m on switch v1.6.9 build 37 on Meadowlands farm singleplayer and am unable to plant tree seeds or place sprinklers anywhere in the world. I have planted trees on this save on my farm in the past, though I’m not sure exactly what day this started unfortunately
