Windows Cannot complete quests window 11 PLEASE HELP

I cannot complete any of the quest where I have to place items from my inventory. I have searched the forum but non of the suggested fixes worked.Its very frustrating,I worked very hard to be able to complete Mr qi golden walnut challenge to be able to do his quests! PLEASE HELP

Could you provide some more details and possibly screenshots? Which quest is it and what are you trying to place where?
