Cancel contract Joja

My suggestion is to insert the option to cancel the Joja contract. And with that opening the option to rebuild the Community Center.

NOTE: it is as if it were a kind of option of regret, as we have for example with, skills, marriage, appearance of the character, etc.

Would be a neat touch/Easter Egg if you get to see a copy of the contract where your soul is, in fact, given. Could be a secret note that is to be found.
