Can you reorganize your farm?

I have the Standard Farm and am now up to Year 9. I knew and read nothing about Stardew Valley when I first started playing, and now I see the error of my ways in how I've organized the layout of my farm.

Is there a way to "redo" my farm? The biggest issue is the fruit trees I planted with really no rhyme or reason at first. I'm ok with having to purchase the saplings again and wait through the seasons of non-iridium fruit (I do have some trees in my greenhouse).

If the answer is I have to start a new game, then I have to do that. If there's a way to redo my current farm, all help is appreciated. Thanks!

You can move buildings at Robin's shop.
I don't see why you shouldn't be able to use the axe on a fruit tree, but I haven't tried it.

What you can't do is change the map (e.g. use the forest farm layout instead of the standard one).

If you have the money to buy saplings again, you should be good! You can move the buildings as said and paths, dug spots etc. can be removed and re-added
