Can you move a save file from PC to iPhone?

I recently bought stardew valley on steam and mainly play on my pc but I travel a lot for my job, can I use the save file taken from pc and continue progressing on iphone?

Currently, it does not work as PC is one update ahead and the save file will not work on mobile.

once mobile receives the update, you could manually move the save files. There is no publishing date yet, so no one knows when that will be the case.

I would just start a different farm type on mobile.
