Can you mod on mobile?

Hi I'm wondering if you can mod on mobile, (especially SDV expanded...?)

Android had some modding capability but I'm not entirely sure how the support for that has been with 1.5, and it may take a while for it to catch up even if it does exist when 1.6 dropped. You may be better off seeing how things go after the update drops on mobile, then picking it up then.

Ios has no modding
