Can somebody kind enough, list (merely mention) the "endgame statues"?

I accidentally "discovered" the
Iridium Ore Producing Statue
, which is a "hidden reward"
from Grandpa, if you run things well during the first 3 years
. I mean, i had no idea concerning its existence before, i was struggling to slowly collect iridium from sparse, quick travels to the Skull Cavern and had i not planted Mahogany Trees right in front of the altar (so as to accidentally interact with it too), i would have never obtained it.

I generally hate losing on the good stuff, whenever it also happens to be hidden. Doubly so, where and when i legitimately earned it and were none the wiser, on how to actually get. So, once again, pretty please do spoil me? What other "endgame statues" like this one exist and how are you supposed to get them?

There are a lot of statues if you just want to collect. Pinky Lemon and the others from the lost book, the owl rare event, the frog.

The ones that do something, like the purple cat from grandpa's evaluation, include the statue of endless fortune from the casino, and the statue of true perfection (after 100% completion).

And it's not a statue but the coffee maker is amazing, it gives a coffee every day but you never put beans in. The worm bin does similar, giving bait every day without you putting anything in.

It’s the special order board and arrives one random spring thereafter. It doesn’t show every spring unfortunately. Save up some wild spring seeds (at least 60) to plant as there are often not enough leeks for the collection. They count towards the collection if harvested AFTER you accept the quest, and during the 2-3 week time frame it is active, but not before or after it expires. You can’t just save up leeks, they have to be foraged.

I’ve seen that quest before and I always gave up on it, not knowing I’ll get free coffee if I finish, but I’ll try that out seeing as a new year just passed in my current file. (I’m on year 24 lol)

Okay, the endgame statues are:

Statue of Perfection (gives iridium ore daily, acquired if you get 4 candles at Grandfather's shrine, which first checks at the end of year 2)
Statue of True Perfection (gives a prismatic shard daily, acquired from Mr Qi when you attain perfection according to his tracker in his secret room on the island)
Statue of Endless Fortune (randomly gives a diamond, iridium bar, omni geode, or gold bar on most days, but on a villager's birthday provides a loved gift for that villager, acquired by purchasing for 1M gold in the Casino)

There are other hard to acquire statues, but they are purely decorative.
