Issue Can not remove Pastel Banner from chest

I put the Pastel Banner in a chest after buying it from the egg festival.
I can not remove it from the chest now. I am playing modded and am using the latest Smapi. There was an error in the log.

If it helps the banner's description says its an herb.

I'm not sure why but the banner is not removable from the chest its description says furniture now. The only thing I changed was I removed a mod called The love of cooking.

I'm guessing it's a mod conflict somewhere, but there are enough of them that I'm not sure which. Changing category is probably from removing a JSON Assets mod that had added items. You could edit it out of your save to remove the immediate problem, but would still need to track down why it happened in the first place.

thanks and I only posted about it as this seems to be effecting other items from the 1.5 update
