can i still married with someone after being dumped by the bachelors?

i'm newbie and recently playing this game after several weeks ago. i was having relationship with all the bachelors, and i got dumped cutscene. can i still get married with one of them? i want to marry Sam, but i love Alex too. it's hard for me to decide

I love that cutscene... there's a secret way to get that one (under the same circumstances) replaced with another. There's another if you date all the bachelorettes too, and it can similarly be replaced in the same way. (Hint: you need to carry around a good luck charm (a rabbit's foot) with you when you get to the point where that cutscene can trigger.)

In one of my saves I dated literally all of the bachelors and all of the bachelorettes, got them all to 10 and triggered both of these cutscenes while prepared for it. I was so proud of myself for getting all the NPCs to 10. I've only done that the once. Since, well, it just seems like work.

Edit: Also, nesting inline spoilers produces some pretty bizarre behavior. Anyone else seeing the wacky behavior? (I don't want to spoil it.)
