Xbox Can I cross save from pc to another pc

I am currently playing Stardew on my pc through xbox gamepass. I want to play my save files on my work pc, I logged into the xbox app, and store and I don’t see any save files. How can I switch back and forth from one to another and continuously play my save file from both locations?
