i put the game on my nephew from thailand, he's 7 and trying to learn english. this is on a switch. can anyone help me? thank you.
can audio be heard with the english text or is there thailand text?

Hi there, are you looking to put the game in Thai? There may be an option in the game's settings that can put it into English, but I don't think there is a text-to-speech option, unless you can find a software that allows for it. As for putting the game in Thai, I don't believe there is an option to do that on the switch. On the PC there is mods that allow for the game to be translated into Thai however.
