Switch Can’t place deluxe sprinklers or pathways

Can’t place sprinklers /pathways/torches on my meadowlands farm on the switch.

ive tried making new sprinklers, restarting the day, deleted game off of my switch entirely and redownloaded.

still won’t let me place anything down on the farm. I can place things down elsewhere though.
