Every time I try to divorce Elliot the game says there’s an error and it resets to the beginning of the day. Is there a fix?

I have the exact same problem, I’m trying to divorce Sebastian because he irritated me, I’ve tried 4 times and it’s not worked once and crashes, I even waited until I passed out to see if that would work instead of trying to skip the day but still nothing :(
