Can’t claim rewards from community center

Hello! I have a couple mods installed and have had no issues at all until recently. I am working towards the greenhouse and whenever I try to claim my reward an error occurs and I am unable to claim anything, the game just zooms out. Any help would be very much appreciated because it makes me sad, thank you!

Seems like the game is trying to ask for a item that doesn't exist. So these 3 mods could be an issue?

This is just a guess though. It could be something else. None the less, update your mods and see if that works.
