Buy more than 1 item at a time from the desert merchant (mobile)

Simply what the title says, mobile buying menu is amazing, I love the slider, you just have.... no option for that with the desert trader. Want to buy 2000 staircases? yeah you have to click that tiny touchscreen button TWO THOUSAND times.
Usually I just load up a video on mini screen and mash my screen with my thumbs so it only takes like 5 minutes but that's pretty miserable, especially since the desert merchant is so useful for so much.

Just out of curiosity, on what kind of device you play SDV mobile? Because i'm thinking about buying this game from the playstore, and i don't know if it's even playable on a simple oppo smartphone with a small display

A single person's experience: I have played mobile SDV on a 5.5" 16:9 phone screen, a 7.9" 4:3 mini tablet screen and a 10.2" 4:3 tablet screen and while the controls on mobile are nicely optimized I found the phone screen to be somewhat frustratingly small to use. It was just too confining to me. The 7.9" was much better and I could be happy with that while the 10.2" is pleasant to use. All still feel "too small" as I usually use a 32" PC monitor (spoiled brat) but I can make the tablets work with no problems.

What keeps me from playing more on mobile is just the ergonomics of using a handheld device. Nothing to do with the game or the device itself, instead the need to handhold it or prop it up on a desk, etc. A mouse and keyboard with a good back support chair and a well-positioned monitor are so much better than the ergonomics of mobile, and I don't travel enough to find myself needing a mobile Stardew fix. I'll do something else on the go and play SDV at home.

I’ve played on several phones, and I don’t mind that the screen is small. You’ll just have to try for yourself whether it annoys you

I play on a smartphone with a screeen size of under 5 inches diagonally so it isn't the best to look at, but I can scale up the controls and don't have any issue with it

Pretty much any device will work to actually run the game, though my phone really struggled when I put my main PC save with the 100s of coops and 1000s of machines on it so maybe keep your main farm on your computer.

I think some lower end phones struggle with the dinosaur breathing fire animation. I had to skip through prehistoric floors on my old phone because it would lag which got me killed every time. My newer phones don’t have that problem. They also run less hot while playing.

Actually yeah, I used to play on a really, really bad mobile device back in 2018 when it first released to ios, that device would crash basically 2-3 times a day and wouldn't make automatic backups. I'd say most phones nowadays are quite capable though, especially because the game hasn't gotten much more demanding in the last 5-6 years.

Definitely check your device specs though, always a good idea before purchasing any game
