Windows Bus will not work

I completed the pantry and vault rooms on the same day, i didn't know you only got one cutscene per day. I got the greenhouse cutscene and the greenhouse works, but not the bus cutscene. Pam's schedule has switched and she goes to stand next to the bus, but i am unable to go travel with the bus. A text error does not pop up, my game is version 1.6.8 build 24119 , and I use the game in English. For some reason my laptop will not let me attach my save file.

what happens when you interact with the ticket machine?

Do you have other save files where it worked?

Hi! We'd need your save folder to look into it. Make sure you zip the folder (right-click the folder and choose the option like "compress"), then upload that zip file instead; you can't upload the folder directly.
