Windows Bug with Controllers for PC (Fixed!!!)

Having issues with vibration/rumble not working even though the option is switched on in the settings, was working fine several days ago. Definitely makes getting a feel for fishing a tad more challenging lol.

(Using Xbox One controller and haven’t changed any of the controller settings within steam or the game itself. The controller is working perfectly fine for everything else.)

Edit: Already appears to be fixed, thanks devs!

I am also having the same exact issue with updates 1.6.9 and now 1.6.10. Many have reported this across the internet and steam, so it seems this isnt uncommon. My family and I have encountered this issue on both a 2 player and a 4 player local split screen multiplayer game being played on the PC. We are using 4 Xbox controllers, (3 series X/S and 1 Xbox One). The lack of vibration has made it much more difficult to catch fish when paired with the normal chaos (fun) of local split screen.

Add me to the list, Windows 10 Version 22H2 19045.5011. Playing on steam version 16.10 with an xbox elite series 2, was working fine on version 16.9

Same issue here. Windows 11 23H2 22631.4317. Noticed no vibration on 16.10 update. Tried disabling and re-enabling rumble feature in options. Reverted version back to legacy 1.6.8 through Steam Beta and rumble returns. Tested with first party XBOX ONE controller as well as 8bitdo Ultimate 2C controller.

Same issue! Just wanted to throw my hat in this bug report. Rumble worked just fine before the Nov 4th update. Really hope its fixed soon, fishing is a struggle without it.
