PC [BUG] Weird curser bug: curser gets kinda stuck on the OK button in the Advanced Options menu when starting a new farm

No mods, updated to 1.5.2

It's like the OK button is magnetic or something but I can't change the advanced options when I'm making a new farm. Here's a gif of it: https://imgur.com/a/L8hp1py

edit: only happens when I have the different cursor
