Android [BUG] Weeds Destroying Farm Glitch

In two different games now, I have had it to where EVERY single day when I wake up I get the message about weeds destroying my farm. In both games, I went around each day and got rid of all rocks, branches, weeds, even every tree seed. In fact in the first game where it kept happening, I even cut down every single tree except the three that had tappers. Now, no big deal, right? EXCEPT it is a big deal because after I get the message and step outside, I find that rocks and branches are ON my crops and where they are, my crops are gone.

This is always in my first year where it really hurts to lose crops, plus each time it was on the more expensive to buy crops (pumpkins). I have tried everything I can think of to fix it. Exiting the game and completely closing it. Going into my Settings/Apps and clearing the cache for Stardew Valley AND for all apps. I don't know what else to try.

I have NO mods, nor the SMAPI app installed and haven't ever installed mods. Could someone help?

With the first game it happened to, I finally trashed it and started a new game. Things were fine with that game. I really don't want to have to trash this one too. Oh, and the first game that was messing up was the Forest farm but this is the standard farm.

Do you have fences for your crops? They stop weed from growing into your crops. The rocks and branches normally appear everywhere on the farm at the start of a new season.

It stopped doing it finally. Hopefully it won't start back up. I hate fencing in my crops, I find it a nuisance having to go in and out gates to get to them. But I appreciate the suggestion.

I've done non closing fencing to keep from having to fuss with gates, like this:

(dots cos spaces disappear in this text)
You can walk zigzag around them easily, critters take longer / are less likely to figure it out, and by the time weeds creep near, you'll see them and easily scythe them out of the way. Hope it helps!

You can walk zigzag around them easily, critters take longer / are less likely to figure it out, and by the time weeds creep near, you'll see them and easily scythe them out of the way. Hope it helps!
