Switch [BUG] Volcano dungeon pool hardens like lava when watered

I was messing around with my newly enchanted Bottomless watering can and happened to click and hold next to this here, and saw that the water hardened as the lava does. I was able to walk right where the hardened water was and stand around on the actual water part. Depending on which parts you poured your watering can was, you could break the walls (in the second picture, all but the bottom wall were broken, and afterword I was able to literally break the fourth wall and walk across the entire thing, including getting behind it (but you can't break the pipes).

Funny bug, but it needs fixed.
