Tub o' Flowers have two states, bloomin on spring and summer, just a empty barrel on fall and winter. Thing is, looks like the game treats both states as two different items, which means they don't stack back when you pick them up.
Also, although this is minor, when you put in the world a Tub o' Flowers in the state they should not be (i.e. blooming on fall or winter), they won't correct themselves until the next day.
