PC (Bug) Trees clipping through top of cave entrance.

I planted some trees in front of the cave on my farm and the tops of these trees are clipping through the land above the cave entrance.
The top two trees are directly in front of the cliff with no space between them.

It is not only trees. Everything you can think of it which is big enough, will be clipping there, e.g. farm buildings
