PC [BUG] Tea Bushes in Garden Pots on Ginger Island Freeze During Winter

Unlike tea bushes planted normally outside on Ginger Island, tea bushes in garden pots outside on Ginger Island will freeze similarly to the main farm.

It looks like it also removes their fertilizer from the previous season but that's a bit harder to tell
