PC [BUG] Tapping palm trees on ginger island is possible but broken

1.52, English, Mac via steam

You can tap a palm tree on ginger island but it never produces anything, and it stops the tree being shaken to get coconuts. If you have a coconut on a tree with a tapper it doesn't move until you remove the tapper.

I presume you shouldn't be allowed to tap these trees, in the same way that you cannot tap fruit trees.

That also happens in the trees in the desert (they are the same trees) and it has been in the game for a long time, or at least before 1.5 anyway. I agree that you should not really be able to put a tapper on them if they will not produce anything but I don't think it's a bug.
