Playing split screen co-op with my wife on the Switch, (version 1.5.4.1) we encountered an odd bug. Probably not reproducible, but I wanted to post it in case it helps in future debugging.
Sequence:
1. My wife, who is the main character, died in the mine and lost her Forest Sword
2. The next day, she used the item recovery service to buy it back
3. The day after, she got the sword in the mail, but after taking it out, her character soft-locked with what looks like part of the sword sticking out of the side of her head.
I was not locked and could still run around, but nothing we tired got her unstuck.
4. We closed the game, loaded again, and she got the sword successfully this time.
However, after loading, she was missing the "Pam is Thirsty" quest
I can't imagine how getting locked would cause a quest to vanish, but it definitely did somehow. I still had the quest on my character afterwards.
