The implication is that you pay 5 walnuts to build a bridge so you don't have to take your watering can with you, but there are often buttons hidden on islands within lava that are unreachable without it, which basically wastes your day/food/run.
Please consider arranging so IF you buy the bridge, buttons no longer show up hidden behind lava. Otherwise there is literally no point to that purchase as watering the lava barely slows you down.
