PC [BUG] Stardew Valley Frame Drop & Stuttering Bug 2021

I have been getting this bug since the 1.5 update. When I load up the game and walk around my farm, I get frame drops and stuttering. When I reload the game the stuttering sometimes stops. If you look in the very top right hand corner of my screen, you can see the frames drop from 60 to 56 here and there. It only seems to stutter while I'm on my farm. (Pure Vanilla No Mods)

It looks like you’re getting stutter when the clock advances. I’m having the same issue, but mine seems to be tied to a mod I have installed. Are you running any mods?
