PC [BUG] [Spoilers] Completely black background in area north of train tracks.

Hi so I just 100% the game according to the in game tracker and unlocked the new area where you get a cutscene with your spouse and are shown the end credits. Well when I went there it looked like this:

I could be wrong but i am pretty sure it is not supposed to look like this. Through out the cutscene there were only sprites and no background.

The interesting thing is that it was not just during the cutscene. After the cutscene ended there was still no background when I could move again. I tried going to the next day, still nothing. Tried restarting the game, nothing. Restart pc, nothing. Verify game files via steam, nothing. It seems like I am permanently missing that background.

Are you using 4K Resolution? I had the same problem (Linux-PC with Steam at 4K TV) and found this workaround: Switch to a window with a smaller resolution in the game settings, before entering the summit and voilia enjoy the view from the summit.

I have had this and found I just needed to zoom in to like an 85% rather then the full 75% I can do on my really big screen
