PC [BUG] Special Order: Gifts for George is broken

This special order asks for 12 leeks, they were retrieved. Cannot turn them in. Go into George/Evelyn's house, see the question mark in the kitchen (good). Cannot click (right or left). Thought maybe you needed 12 *like* leeks. So I retrieved 12 gold, 12 silver, 12 plain, none of them work there is no way to turn them in.

Do you have any mods?

I've seen several people report that the location to drop stuff isn't present or can't be accessed. It seems to be related to SVE or interior mods.
