Windows [BUG] Seeking help for crash on entirely new and vanilla copy of the game, please help!

Hi! I'm doing a bit of tech support as you would for a friend who's playing Game Version: 1.5.6 Hotfix #3
I've attached the error log and I'm having no luck looking for other users with this error and don't know where to go from here.
The error reports what my friend is confirming:

when i purchase the house upgrade in stardew valley, on the final night of construction, it crashes when i go to sleep (to save)
if i try to not sleep, it still crashes
i tried in two separate saves

I'm seeing that it's Winter Year1, if that helps?? Seen that a few other users have reported crashes during winter, though it seems like an arbitrary part of a gamecrash..

I'd really like some help here, the game is though steam, entirely vanilla and the error hasn't happened until In-game Date: winter 8 Y1 Time of Day: 600

Message: The specified TileSheet is not in the parent map

There looks to be missing/corrupted files.

Has your friend tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
