Switch [BUG] Scorpian Carp not registering

Hi, I play Stardew on the switch and I've caught the scorpion carp and shipped it, but it will not register in my fish collection. Please can some one help me if possible. I've put the last one I have in a fish pond, but otherwise just carried on with the game.

Hi, I am also having this problem on Switch but with the Mutant Carp, I play single player, I'm on year five and it's only the one fish I'm having a problem with.
