PC [BUG] Robin destroys my flooring

I moved my mobile 1.4 file to PC 1.5 and found that moving current buildings will destroy any flooring tile underneath. This did not happen in the mobile version, although tiles would be similarly destroyed when a new building is built.

Sad because lightning removed a tile from under a shed and I cannot repair it without moving the building. Also deleted the game from my phone as soon as I transferred to PC so I cannot recover the previous farm layout on my mobile. Is this a bug? or just how PC 1.5 is?
