PC [BUG] Renaming horse glitch

Anyone else being forced to rename their horse every morning before they ride it? I think this is only a PC glitch, as my sister plays on a tablet, and has no issues. If there's an easy fix, please let me know as it's kind of a nuisance!

I figured out a fix for naming my horse! Hopefully this helps you and anyone else as well:

> Backup your saves
> Open your save file in Notepad
> Open the "Find" window with Ctrl + F --> search for "horse"

The first result should be <horseName>. It should be right next to </favouriteThing>.

Mine was completely missing the end tag (</horseName>). Insert <horseName>YourHorseNameHere</horseName> in between the </favoriteThing> and <slotCanHost> tags and things should work smoothly
