Switch [BUG] Random Missing Craftables/Found Items

Hello,

I’m playing 1.4 on the Switch, and my game file I have found lets say iron ore and crafted an iron bar but in my list of “found items” in the menu both are still showing as greyed out/not found. Is there a way for me to update this?
The other item I noticed is that I got the letter from Caroline with the recipe for the Tea sapling, and I had it in my crafting recipes for the first day, but every day since then its not appeared in my crafting menu. Is this a known bug and if so is there a way around this?

The list is shipped items.

You need to sell them (through the shipping bin) and then they will show up.

I'm not sure about the tea sapling, but I think I saw someone else mention it as well. Maybe search the help forum for the old thread and see if they found a solution?

if it still persists, then i'm sure the SDV development team would still like to know.
